Like many of you, I’ve been in my Pilates Princess era but I was still looking for extra ways to achieve a *snatched* core. I had the opportunity to demo EmSculpt Neo, a non-invasive treatment that uses radio frequency and electromagnetic pulses to melt fat and grow muscle. My abs were sore afterwards but not as sore as my heart when I learned that each treatment runs approx. $750 (or more). A full session is four treatments, plus monthly maintenance treatments.

I have been using my HIEMT MAX3 for about a week now and I am loving the results. My muscles feel sore after each treatment and I can treat my abs as well as my booty, arms, hamstrings and quads from the comfort of my home.
It’s easy to fit into my schedule (I like to do it while watching Netflix) and I love not having to worry about scheduling appointments or travel time going to and from a clinic.
