1. Kroma Wellness Deluxe 5-Day Reset

I was lucky enough to be gifted the new Kroma Wellness Deluxe 5-Day Reset. I’ll report back with my full findings in 2022, but I’m already impressed by the beautiful presentation.

2. Witches Among Us

The amount of witchy content I’ve been seeing on my social feeds has been skyrocketing, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Much of it is from relative newbies like me that are wading into the world of moon water and smudging.

I’m always happy to see posts from more established light workers like my friend @amandasmearbaudier, who recently posted about a full moon gathering with her coven. Bonus: when witchy folk share elements of their own unique cultural practices with us. With COVID making a resurgence, we could all use a bit more magic.

3. Body Rolling

I’ve only body rolled once, but it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. Body rolling has been popular in Europe for years, and thankfully has finally made its way stateside. The body rollers contain infrared lights that aid in detoxification as the rollers gently but rigorously stimulate the muscles and get that lymph going. I went to Body Roll Studio, which has locations in NYC, Miami, and Connecticut.

4. Healthy Traveling

I got an Amex Platinum during the first round of the pandemic, primarily for lounge access. I thought it would be nice to just have free(ish) food and a quiet(er) place to hang out in the airport. However,  it has greatly improved my flying experience because the quality of the food is so much better. They serve juices, fresh fruits, salads, etc that are way beyond the quality of what you can find at most of the restaurants in airports.

We may have to temporarily put a pin in non-essential traveling, but we can use this time to imagine a healthier, more pleasant travel experience. And ideally, for everyone— not just those with lounge access.

Honorable Mention: The Well

This deserves a full post. I can’t wait to share details from the tour I took of The Well during my last trip up to NYC. I had a business meeting there and my counterpart and I couldn’t get over the immaculate vibes.
