Done solo or with other hot girls, the Hot Girl Walk has 4 requirements:
- 1) Do it outdoors;
- 2) Walk for 4 miles;
- 3) Do it daily and;
- 4) You are only allowed to think about three things:
- a) things that you are grateful for;
- b) things that you want to achieve and;
- c) how hot you are.
Benefits

Walking is a great low-impact alternative to running and the 4 mile distance makes it comparable to an approx. 20-30 min run (depending on pace, etc.). Because of the lower intensity, the body can handle daily Hot Girl Walks without risking injury. In addition, many would argue (myself included) that walking is a much more pleasant experience than running, making it more conducive as a daily ritual. The slower pace also allows for the necessary hot girl contemplation.
Hot Girl Walks incorporate elements of meditative walking and mindfulness. By engaging in a repetitive, familiar movement that requires little to no thought, the mind is free to wander. The discipline comes in reigning the mind in and harnessing it to focus on, as Ms. Thee Stallion would say, “hot girl s***.” Without distractions (Mia has a Hot Girl Walk playlist but discourages listening to podcasts during the walk), the walk is an opportunity to manifest your goals: hotness-related or otherwise.
