I saw an amazing clip of an interview @mirandakerr gave to @tscpodcast in which she talked about her morning routine. She said she drinks the @medicalmedium heavy metal detox smoothie each morning along with lemon water and celery juice. I knew that cilantro has long been lauded for its ability to help the body remove heavy metals, but this was the first time I’d heard of anyone putting it into a daily smoothie. On my wellness site La Vie de Zee, I do a deep dive into cilantro’s many health benefits and how cilantro helps rid the body of heavy metals though a process called chelation.
